HARBOURLINE GROUP: HANDOVER CHECKLIST
Fictional demo data. No real people, suppliers or customer information.
Fixed review date: 23 September 2026.

Scope
Use only the three supplied handover files. Treat the action workbook as
an earlier snapshot and the dated meeting notes as newer evidence where
they explicitly refer to an action ID. Do not invent updates.

Definitions
Overdue means DueDate earlier than 23 September 2026 and Status is not
Complete. A task due on 23 September is due today, not overdue.
Missing owner means an empty Owner cell. A suggested team or proposer is
not an accepted owner.
Open count means every action whose Status is not Complete, including
Blocked and In progress.

Required outputs
1. Action log - Updated.xlsx: a NEW workbook with all eight original IDs,
original task names, owners and due dates preserved. Change statuses only
where meeting evidence supports them. Record the original and new values,
evidence and completion dates in an audit sheet. Add a fixed-date summary.
2. Handover brief.docx: a one-page brief with confirmed decisions,
reconciled overdue work, missing owners, launch conditions and an explicit
distinction between the source snapshot and the reconciled current state.
3. Stakeholder message.txt: a short, unsent status message for human review.

Controls
Use 23 September 2026, not the device date or TODAY().
Keep blank owners blank and report them as Owner required.
Do not change a due date without evidence.
Do not call the launch approved while either launch gate is unresolved.
Check that all three outputs use the same counts and action IDs.
Cite source filenames and action IDs. Cite meeting decision IDs where used.
Keep the original three input files unchanged.
Do not send messages, post to Teams, schedule anything, use the local
browser or update shared systems.
